Chains don't bind the flesh. They bind the mind.

⚡ Signature Abilities

⛓️

Death Sentence (Q)

A chain that hooks and drags enemies in — one of the most iconic initiation abilities in the game's history.

🏮

Dark Passage (W)

Throws his lantern for allies to grab and teleport to — salvation or trap, always his to decide.

⚡

Flay (E)

Sweeps his chain to push or pull — a versatile control tool that works for both aggression and peel.

📦

The Box (R)

Ultimate that surrounds enemies with phantom walls — the psychological trap is the point, not just the damage.

🎨 What His Look Signals

→ Attack and collection in one frame — drag them in, then cage what's left.

Helmet with glowing eye-slits

→ His warden identity persists into undeath — who he was defines what he became.

Constantly clanking chains

→ An auditory warning that escape is futile — fear arrives before he does.

Visible souls swirling in the lantern

→ His history on display — the collection is literally part of his body.

🤔 Did You Know?

01Since his 2013 release, Thresh has ranked among the most-picked support champions in the game's history year over year.

02He was a prison warden on the Blessed Isles in life and became a specter after the Ruination event.

03The souls inside his lantern remain conscious — eternal torment by design, not accident.

04His Death Sentence skillshot is considered one of the highest skill-expression abilities in the game.

05Senna, while trapped in his lantern, actually absorbed his power — leaving him holding his own defeat without knowing it.

💭Personality Deep Dive

The perfect marriage of patience and cruelty. He never rushes — waiting for fear to ripen is half the pleasure. He tormented prisoners in life and collects souls in death. His goal isn't simply to kill; it's to trap and watch. His cruelty has no outbursts — cold, calculated sadism is what makes him truly dangerous.
