Outwardly fragile, inwardly quietly strong. She reads people's true feelings with more accuracy than anyone, even without sight. She functions as Lelouch's motive and moral reference point, but in the later arcs she grows into an independent character who acts on her own will. She bears more of the story's required sacrifice than anyone, and holds no resentment for it.
