The Carnage symbiote is Venom's offspring but more powerful due to total fusion with its host. Spider-Man and Venom together are the standard benchmark to stop him.
Reshapes the symbiote into blades, axes, or tendrils on demand. His combat patterns are fully improvised, making him almost impossible to read.
The symbiote is bonded directly to Kasady's bloodstream, enabling rapid regeneration. This is why removing the symbiote — which works on Venom — doesn't work on Carnage.
Cletus Kasady was already a threat without the symbiote. Carnage just scaled the danger to a cosmic level. Where Venom runs on loneliness and anger, Carnage has no inner narrative at all — just pure destructive impulse, nihilistic freedom, and a delight in other people's fear.
